Post 105-Happy Birthday Rita Hayworth

Today is the amazing Rita Hayworths birthday! Margarita Carmen Cansino was born in Brooklyn,New York on October 17th,1918.She was from a very musical Spanish family. Her Dad,Uncle, and Grandfather were all dancers and her Mom loved to act.As soon as she could walk she was given lessons by her uncle. She attended dance classes for years. In 1927 her family moved to Hollywood and her father( Eduardo Cansino, Sr) started a dance studio, her father thinking that they could have more of an opportunity in Hollywood. When the great depression hit they lost all their investments and dancing classes waned. Her and her father ended up having to partner up and go to work.As Rita was too young to work in nightclubs and bars by California Law, They had to go across the border to Mexico to work.Due to her work Rita never finished High School, only going to the ninth grade. In 1935 she was seen by Winfield Sheehan while performing in a nightclub and arranged for her to do a screen-test with Fox Film Corporation.Sheehan signed her for a short term,six-month contract with fox under the name of Rita Cansino. From there on she went on to be in 61 films in over 37 years.Out of 61 my two favorite being You'll Never Get Rich and Cover Girl. She is a very inspiring dancer and actress and I love her.She appeared in Life magazine and worked with people such as Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly. She lived to be 68,dieing on May 14,1987 but her love, passion, and dancing will live on forever. She inspires me to work hard for what I want, not to give up,and that you should always give love to those who need it.Today in honor of her birthday my quotes will be from her.

"All I wanted was just what everybody else wants, you know, to be loved."-Rita Hayworth

"Every man I knew went to bed with Gilda... and woke up with me. "-Rita Hayworth

"We are all tied to our destiny and there is no way we can liberate ourselves. "-Rita Hayworth
"Increasingly, stars are recruited from the ranks of professional models, with the result that today's starlets are better dressed and better groomed than ever before, though it is doubtful if they are better actresses." -Rita Hayworth

Post 104- Happy Birthday Josh Hutcherson!

Today is Josh Hutchersons birthday! Joshua Ryan Hutcherson was born on October 12,1992 in Union,Kentucky. He has wanted to be an actor since he was 4.He started auditioning when he was nine and moved to California because of the limited opportunities in Union. The first movie he was in was American Splendor as robin. He wasn't really known until his performances in Polar Express,Little Manhattan, and Bridge To Terabithia. In 2008 he was in Journey To The Center of The Earth and his latest -and to some - greatest movie that he's in is The Hunger Games.I Personally thought he did a fantastic job playing Peeta, which from reading the books seems like a very hard role to play.My two favorites roles that he's acted is the role as Laser in the movie The Kids Are All Right and as Jesse Aarons in the movie Bridge To Terabithia. I love Josh not just because he's cute but because he's a fantastic actor and that's not an opinion ,that's a fact.He holds himself up high and is a very good out in public unlike some other singers and actors( "cough"*Justin Bieber*). I am very inspired with his acting. How deep he can be.How he can pull you in.In the Hunger Games books it repeatedly talks about  the way Peeta talks and the way he looks at you, that you could believe anything that came out of his mouth. That he could say something so weak and make sound so powerful. And I think Josh Hutcherson has the same gift.I am inspired by how pose he is and his acting and someday hope to be able to touch people with words without knowing.Today to celebrate his 20th birthday my quotes will be from him.

"As an actor, you imagine every single day on set. So, as we already use our imaginations every day anyway, we just have to stretch it out just a little bit farther and imagine that, not only are we different people, but we're in an entirely different world. Sure, it can be hard sometimes, but you just have to use your imagination and rely upon everyone else to give you the right tools you need to make it seem real."-Josh Hutcherson

"I never really read a character before that I connected with more than Peeta. So, for me, if I couldn't get that job I was like, 'Well, if I can't play practically myself in a movie, what can I play?" -Josh Hutcherson

Post 103-Happy Birthday CeCe Winan

Priscilla "CeCe" Marie Winans was born on October 8,1964 in Detroit, Michigan. She started her career in 1995 with her debut album  Alone in His Presence. She has made ten albums. She has won 8 Grammys and 20 Dove Awards. She is such a successful gospel singer but all these awards and achievements isn't what I'm inspired by.What I'm inspired by is her passion and soul in music.I think she is one of the best gospel singers ever, not only because she has a great voice but also because she is so passionate and has so much soul when she sings. She puts the truth into what she sings and  is not just like some singers who "just sing".She does more than "just singing", she inspires. So today to celebrate her birthday my quotes will be from her.

[About wanting the children available to travel with her]: "These are the years that I need watch them the most. They're going through little adolescent changes; they're growing up, and it's real important I'm not away from them for long periods of time. Sometimes I want to make them go with me whether they want to or not. Home-schooling has allowed me to do that."-CeCe Winans

[About Whitney Houston, who's her best friend]: "We're like sisters. We laugh forever, have a good time."-CeCe Winans
